Classes for groups of a maximum of 6 to private lessons where individuals can have the full attention of the coach, classes are customized to YOUR needs and kept small to ensure quality in all lessons.

Our adult tennis program allows you to meet and train with like-minded people who share your interest and passion for the game. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced tennis player, our programs can cater to every level and every goal; whether you're aiming to improve your skills as a competition player, or if you simply want to play tennis for fun and fitness.

Discover and master skills such as basic tennis techniques, hand-eye coordination, tennis strategies, game psychology, drills and activities to strengthen your strokes, and strength and fitness enhancement. As an enjoyable alternative to dull treadmills, our adult tennis program is perfect for adults who want to improve their tennis skills in a supportive, fun environment, while also keeping fit and healthy through regular exercise.

Beginners

For absolute beginners and players who are itching to learn the fundamentals of tennis! This well-structured course will run over 10 lessons to ensure players will have covered and understood the different shots and strokes in tennis. Learn the correct principles, theories and bio-mechanics of how to hit the forehand, backhand, serve, volleys and smash from the beginning to eliminate the need for stroke correction in the future.

This module serves players who have prior tennis exposure to brush up and establish the correct foundation on the tennis strokes learnt - forehand, backhand, serve, volley & smash. The course will also serve to further develop your movement ability around the tennis court through coordination and footwork drills to ensure YOU will be able to cover the entire tennis court efficiently. Players will be introduced to match play and embark on YOUR journey to LOVE the game scoring and point system through match practice.

Available as individual or group lessons, this program is ideal for the early-risers who want to start the day by breaking a sweat! Strong emphasis is put into stroke production and live ball drills. Like the beginner and beginner development programs, the various drills introduced will add variety into your game. These sessions are for 1 hour and registration is on-going throughout the year.

The women’s morning tennis workout program serves to provide ladies a chance to exercise and meetup with other ladies after their children are sent to school and husbands are at work! The sessions will focus on stroke production, doubles match play, and tennis related games to keep the workouts enjoyable. This program is a great way interact with other like-minded individuals and improve your fitness at the same time.

Intermediate

Ideal for players who have mastered the basic strokes of tennis and are able to rally consistently. Technique refinement and minor stroke correction is the main focus to ensure that players are ready to step up to the next level. Court movement, stance and recovery is taught in greater depth so that the court coverage by players will be vastly improved. Basic tactics are introduced into match play - consistency, depth, direction, power.

Progressive course from the Intermediate Starter Program. Players have to be recommended by a coach to join the development program. Here, trainees will be exposed to more complex tennis drills to improve their overall game (baseline rally, net to net). Court positioning (position when serving, returning or rallying), footwork and tactics (game situation/doubles positioning) is brought into greater focus as we prepare you for the ultimate level.

Advanced

By recommendation by coaches and invitation only. Players will go through our head coach assessment before determined as part of this program.

After an initial assessment, you will receive a full evaluation around your level of technical, tactical, physical and mental abilities. We can then design the correct training program that could include a combination of private and group lessons, and also a specialised fitness program.
